We haven't. You haven’t actually contacted Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

Have you recently changed your payment date? Does that bill cover more than the usual month? Was last months bill shown as paid?

So what does it show if you compare it to a previous one, has a discount ended for example ?
