    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a new customer to sky and have not gone live yet, however I have just received two emails saying sky have set up direct debit and thought duplicate email. However I have checked my bank and two direct debits have been set up and don't know why, why two different direct debits.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got broadband included in the £41 and try think sky have split the account into two as just noticed I have two account numbers, very confusing it looks like one direct debit is £39.99 and the other £1.01&lt;/P&gt;</description>
