My contract is up for renewal soon, TV & Broadband, got new prices and only getting option to continue with both online. I want to renew TV but not Broadband. Do I need to speak to someone at Sky to get this done? TIA

@Ro48

For the TV to see if they will offer you a new discount if you will agree to a new contract you will need to call Sky.

For broadband you have two choices:

Eother call Sky to give them 14 days notice to cancel

it.

Ot sign up to another provider via the switching service as they will take over the line which will see your broadband with Sky automatically cancelled.
