In May I cancelled my subscription with you as the price was to much. My husband took out a new customer service with you and we had sky glass fitted.
our old broadband connection is still active and you have taken two months payments from me

Is your new broadband provider virgin? As unless it is you old broadband connection can not be active as it impossible to have both your new and old broadband providers from the same open reach cable box
