Disney Plus Renewal

Hi,

My Disney+ subscription is stuck in a loop of Renewal in Progress. After Sky asking me to change my payment method for standard (the card had expired)

If I try and upgrade or downgrade in the sky app I just get a 'session timed out' message

I can't change the package or renew anything and when I try to watch Disney+ through the app it tells me to rejoin but I can't because it says MySky account is already linked to an active Disney+ account
