Do Sky no longer send out a text message asking to rate the quality of service from the latest phone call we have with one of their advisors? I'm just off a call there now with someone who should not be working in customer services. He did not listen to my questions and kept trying to upgrade my package when in reality my call was to downgrade.

They are minimum wage employees who are just following a combination of scripts and their training.

I've just had much the same with a guy who was doing his level best to assess my package with me to see what could be cut in order to reduce the price despite me being clear from the outset I wanted the existing package for less money. It wasn't that he wasn't listening. he was a nice guy just doing what his training told him to do rather than assessing the specific situation and modifying his approach based on me telling him what he needed to know during the call opening.
