My sky has been cut off it's saying pay bill but balance is say £0.00

How do you usually pay?

As @MightyQuinn has been indicated if you've made a manual payment it was unnecessary and has correctly gone as a credit on your Sky account, and then if the planned payment Sky try to take fails your services stand the risk of being restricted.

Although you might see £0.00 to pay, do you see a credit on your account that matches any manual payment you might have made ?
