Since updating my package to add the Disney + to my package, the £ it isn't being taken with my normal Sky bill. It's also changing £9.00 not the £5.99 as suggested on by Sky.

The included package ('free') is the 'with ads' subscription - worth £5.99.

You have to pay extra to upgrade tiers - £4 for standard and £9 for premium.

Seems like you have premium?

As explained on another post you are paying £9 because you are on the premium tier, and the £5.99 is the basic with ads tier if you subscribe directly with Disney plus, however that tier would be at no extra cost to subscption if you had it though Sky. If you want to down grade to the free tier go to the Sky.com website and login to your account then go to , "your products " scroll down and. Click on the blue that says " manage content pack" and click on "App subscriptions" find the Disney plus box and click on " change plan". You will then be able to download grade to free option if want to, and which will take affect from your payment date. The reason i your Disney plus subscription is not being taken with your normal subscription is because they are taken completely separately to normal Sky tv account by Sky marketplace by credit or debit card which you must have given details of when you activated your Disney plus subscription though Sky.
