like to discuss the amiunt I am paying every month It is so expensive I have had an account for 22 years and need some help please can you call me asap.

@overprice Sky won't call you back, not least because they don't know who you are from your post here. You can, of course, call them.

Unless your services have been restricted due to a bill not being paid there should be no reason to manually pay the bill as you should have e either a credit/debit card or a direct debit setup on your account so Sky can take the bill automatically from you so do you have this in place on your account ?
