My bill shows a Tesco eVoucher for £15.00, I have never received any such voucher.

I've got the same problem. It's been a month since I was promised an eVoucher as part compensation for poor service. It still hasn't turned up.

Finally got a response to my query. Although I had been repeatedly told that the voucher had been sent out to me it had, in fact, been applied to my monthly bill, knocking £15 off it. I don't know why it was so difficult to let me know that but at least I know now!
