Your manual payment will have been applied as a&amp;nbsp; credit to your&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;next&lt;/EM&gt; bill, leaving your current bill unpaid, which is why Sky are trying to take payment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let the automated payment you signed up to handle your bills.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You don't need to be making manual payments when you have a direct debit in place.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You present bill still needs to be paid unfortunately, &amp;nbsp;and from your &amp;nbsp;post Sky have tried to take payment for it and if from what are put "tried" the payment failed probably &amp;nbsp;due to lack of funds. Sky will try again in 10 days time &amp;nbsp;and should it fail again unfortunately your services &amp;nbsp;will be restricted and you will be unable to speak to Sky until full outstanding amount is cleared. As I said the payment you made is gone against the next bill so probably there will be no direct debit next month, however still want payment for you current bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
