I have Paid my bill on June 3rd manually although my due date is 10th June.Now Sky is still trying to debit money from my account .and my payment is not updated in the app

You didn't actually pay this bill as all you might have done is to put a credit on your account that should be used to pay next months bill so have you looked to see if you do now see this credit. If you do then this will be why Sky are trying to take the payment from you as per normal as there is no need to make such manual payments.

The manual payment was unnecessary and has correctly gone as a credit on your Sky account, and then if the planned payment Sky try to take fails your services stand the risk of being restricted.
