SKY VIP GOLD - Reset frequently

Hello,

I have been a SKY VIP for 19yrs. Since moving home recently I have been having problems with the tenure.
I was assured when I moved that this would remain the same. I have not cancelled my services at any point. Only changed them by purchasing a SKY Glass tv. My account was changed to set this up and set still at SKY Gold. But, since then every few weeks it resets to silver. After several attempts contacting SKY (it's never straight forward and I have to go over and over it) they reset it and then a few weeks later it happens again. This time it's been left for several weeks and SKY will not do anything about it after several emails, phone calls etc. I am shocked at the service to be honest. Has this happened to anyone else please? Thank you .

The Sky VIP tier really doesn't count for much in the grand scheme of things but if this is important to you and as it keep happening you might want to put in a complaint:

The Sky VIP program began in 2017 so at the very leat you have been on it for 9 years.
