In some case there may be a short wait if it a busy period &amp;nbsp;but from experience I have always been able to speak to a advisor any time I wanted to call there has never been a time between the hours of 9 in the morning till &amp;nbsp;9 at night when there has been no one available to talk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
