I jabe contacted Sky customer service twice over the phone as I could not find their contacy email. I asked for my final bill which shows the termination charge, as well as: 1. Name and address of account holder on final bill. 2. Broadband Charges for debit adjustment. 3. Disconnection date of your previous supplier It has been a month and I have not received via email or post. The customer service advisor over the phone says that I will receive it " within 3 days" and then proceed to sales talk me after. I need the final bill to claim as credit from my new broadband provider.

Typically the final Sky bill downloaded from the Sky website and a bank statement highlighting the payment is sufficient.

It's perhaps worth noting that all ISPs which offer switching incentives are very well aware of each others billing formats and procedures: they just like to play silly games.
