      <title>Switch credit refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After getting proof from Virgin I emailed switch credit refund with photographic evidence of payment. This was on May 1st. I've not had any response whatsoever since then,is thinking normal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
