I pay 5.99 a month for hayu and when I've phoned and finally got someone to talk to on the phone rhey said I'd get hayu in my package and would cancel the charge but I've been charged it every month since please help

If your are being charged via Sky see if you can cancel it by following this guide:

I am still being charged for Hayu but don't want to cancel it from my Sky Package - which the advice seen before expains how to cancel the subscription to Hayu. If I do this, can I still receive Hayu

Hi @DJHughes1 All of Hayu free content is on demand, not via the App which requires a subscription.
