Surley you should looking after your existingcustomer base. currenty new customer deal is £101 , for me you are charging £110.99 for tv and then £49 for broadband. Currently paying £74.99 for TV and £38 for braodband. how you can justify such a large increase in price? Shoudl be a nice easy process to renew without to much hassle shouldnt have to call someone to get a better deal........

@Disneygang

New customers are offered good discounts as an incentive to join. Most companies do this now. You probably took advantage of such a new customer deal when you first joined Sky.

If you can't negotiate an acceptable price for renewing then perhaps consider a move to an alternative provider, but in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with them, and will be able to rejoin Sky if you wish and take up any new customer deals available at that time.

Comcast do appear to prioritise getting new customers over retaining long standing ones. As other providers do this too it seems to be a common theme.

No justification required. When your discounts expire you pay the list price, unless you negotiate a new deal. Sky aren't required to make you an offer unless you ask.
