      <title>Upgraded from now and cannot link id</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up to a new Sky broadband account and have been sent a streaming box and router (router not set up/installed yet) and I cannot link my sky ID to my account to see my billing or contract etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I enter the last 6 digits of my bank account and my name it says;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;oops were unable to add your sky id to this account. Ask the account holder to add you as friends or family but I AM the only account holder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have had all my information about my new order and delivery etc to the email address on the account &amp;nbsp;it says&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I don't have access to. Very frustrated. Can't talk to online help as it says I need to sign in but then it won't let me!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
