I am unable to use the sky MYSKY as my account is restricted, I am asked to pay the bill, I don't owe anything, I have broadband and I pay y DD and have never missed a payment. What can I do?

Do you have any outstanding Sky Marketplace payments so this will be for services like Netflix, HBO max and other streaming services ?

Can you log in via a web browser at https://www.sky.com/bill and see if there's any issues or is that blocked too?
