@Martinwatts Did they offer a 40% reduction in your bills & also state you'd receive a free gift? That's a known scam, they try to obtain log in details then order expensive devices, once delivered they contact you again to say you've received the wrong gift & to return the device to an address they give or that they'll send a courier to collect it.
Did you give them any details?

I had a similar call this morning, apparently the actual Sky don't even have my mobile number as my Brother currently pays for my account! I've asked my Brother to ring the actual Sky and see if they want anything regarding my account?
