      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, can you advise me how to get my credit refund after termination of broadband services. My billing is saying that my credit will be used against future bills, however there won't be any.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Direct debit still active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
