I subscribe to Sky Sports.

I want to see Champions League final. Do I have to pay extra to watch it on HBO Max?

Sky doesn't have the rights to that tournament.

If you have the HBO Max tier which is bundled with most Sky subscriptions (but not Essential TV on Glass/Stream) then the final is being shown there as a rare exception to the usual requirement to have a TNT Sports subscription.
