VIP has my maiden name not married name

Tried sky chat no joy. So hopefully someone can help me. Whenever I enter one of the vip competitions it's always in my maiden name, sometimes I change my name, if might let me win lol. Seriously though I have entered loads of competitions never won anything, wondering if my different names on the system is having an effect. I maybe just be unlucky, but the name definitely needs to be amended.

Yes all my personal information is correct, it's just on the VIP it not, weird.
