I need to speak to someone about the amount l am being charged as the package agreed is reduced and l appear to be paying more. I am a pensioner who need to speak to someone to understand what l am paying for or have it in writing, thanks

Phone Sky they will not phone you

Your two other posts have been removed including the one containing your full phone number that any scammer could use to their advantage.

Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community username isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have so no one knows who you are anyway. You need to initiate contact.
