Not getting emails

I'm not getting any emails at all from Sky about my account. I just got a tablet with them but cannot activate esim because I'm missing a code and can't apply for any promotional gifts because I never got the "reciept"

So frustrating.

Have you checked that your email address on your account is correct and if it is that these are ending up in your junk/trash/bin folders in error.

What are these promotional offers that you say you can't apply to ?

Yep, checked the address on my account and looked in trash and spam. Even tried searching by any relevant keywords I can think of. Nothing.
