I HAVE AN ENGINEER AT MY HOUSE NOW FOLLOWING BROADBAND PROBLEMS OVER THE WEEKEND HE SAYS HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING AS MY SKY IS BLOCKED ???? !!!! WHY WHATS HAPPENDING - MEMBER FOR 24 YEARS !!

The most common reason is non-payment of a bill. Are your payments up-to-date?

You obviously had a problem to warrant an engineer visit in the first place. What prompted you to request an engineer because if the services were restricted due to a missed payment i wouldn't have thought it would get to a booking engineer stage unless the restriction was very recent.

Absolutely no problem with account never has been via DD for 24 years.

I need an answer as the engineer couldnt get information.

Try calling Sky. If your services are really restricted then the call will only prompt you to pay. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it's still working.

Never missed a payment DD for 24 years which I why I cannot understand the problem and nobody seems to have an answer. Looking elsewhere for another provider who has much better customer service.

@Scriptwit it doesn't sound as though your payment history has anything to do with the engineer's access problem..

That being the case, it's not up to you to try to sort it out. The engineer should be (have been) talking to Sky to find out why he or she was unable to gain the access they needed.
