Bills don't increase every month.

The usual reason for a bill increase, other than the usual annual price increase in April, is that your discounts have ended.

Perhaps compare the latest bill with previous ones to see where it differs.

If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.

’Significant’ discounts seem harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new Sky customer so don’t expect anything on a par to a new customer deal.

See this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-your-package-2-t2#downgrade

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that at the end of their minimum term you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.

I originally joined sky and I was so happy. I got a deal for 15 pound a month for broadband only, because I was on a low income. In recent months it's been going up every few month. Currently at 22 pound. Next month it's going to be 32 pound. Now all my friends and neighbors around me are on much better deals. I feel like the 15 pound a month was just a scam to get me on with them. So they can put up your bill in a few month and leave you in the **bleep**. Goodbye sky

Goodbye sky

If you mean you were on the social tariff for eligible low income customers then I think that has always been £20 for a 2 year contract (broadband only, no ETCs, there is a free mobile add-on option for 12 months too) with no April price increases. It can be ongoing for the BB if still eligible. If it is that, then that price increase indicates that you've either not renewed it with Sky or you're just not eligible.

If that was a new customer deal then you got an excellent deal that is subject to April rises like the rest of the world. The £10 jump coming up suggests that you've come to the end of a good deal so call them or move elsewhere, it's your choice.
