Missed marketplace payment

Hi can anybody tell me how to resolve an issue that I'm having trying to get to sky marketplace to update a payment, rang customer services, no help whatsoever, can't believe it's difficult for this to be solved

It apears to be. There have been a number of inconclusive threads reporting difficulties with paying an outstanding Marketplace bill You can't do it yourself, so the only option is to persevere with Sky, I'm afraid.

Does marketplace and paying the bill option appear on your billing page on the MySky app or via here:

One or more payments have failed. To avoid losing your subscriptions, check Sky marketplace.
