Concerned about call from a number

Some give me a call he said he is from sky and asking my personal details number starts with 0800 end at 758

Any number can be spoofed. What details did they ask for? Did they ask for your previously agreed telephone password ?

Difficult to say for sure but if you receive random calls out of the blue then never give them any details the ask for because if it was from Sky they should ask you for a telephone password so give them a made up wrong one and if they continue with the call you will know it wasn't from Sky.

Did you give them any personal details and why did they say they were calling, a very well known scam is to offer you a discount which is usually an attempt to get access to your account details so they can order phones or tablets from it as per this:
