@Lipster21 you can't just send back a mini-box and expect for any multiscreen or whole home subscription to automatically be cancelled. Before returning the mini box did you contact Sky and remove these from your subscription?

@Lipster21 sending equipment back doesn't cancel your subscription. You'd need to contact Sky and give the required cancellation notice.
