i was just wondering if i could split my payments up to 2 sepeate cards for the 2 different phones that are on my account?

No, the 2 phones will need to come out of the same payment method which will be direct debit or card

And don't be tempted to make a manual partial payment on one card expecting the balance to come off the payment method you usually use. That manual payment would just go as a credit on your account.

It's payment by one continuous card payment or direct debit method as @GD1 has correctly stated.
