      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Send an email to &lt;A href="mailto:switchingcredit@sky.uk" target="_blank"&gt;switchingcredit@sky.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with your account details name, address and proof that your last provider charged an early termination fee such as the final bill, they may also require proof you paid it form a bank statement, once this is provided they will then put this as credit on your account. Mine was done very quickly and easy to sort out. I hope that this helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
