Hi all I have paid my bill and it says sky credit What do I do

Do you mean you've made an unnecessary manual payment?

If you have made a manual payment and you have done this to close to your billing date then as you have seen it doesn't pay the bill but instead goes onto your bill as a credit which should then be used to pay your next bill.
