i recieved an email saying i was due a refund , email was dated 7th april 2026, do we know when this refund will be made ?

What else did this email say !

If you look at your Sky account does it show a credit on it ?

We wanted to let you know that we'll be refunding you £37.88. Your refund will appear on your next bill. You can check and manage your bills using the My Sky App. Just download from your App Store and sign in using your Sky iD. Don't worry if you don't have one you can create it within the app.

We've arranged for this to be paid back to your Bank Account and your money should be with you in three to five days.

When did you receive this email ?

Have you checked your Sky account ?

The refund when done should take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
