&lt;P&gt;Sky should be able to listen back on the original call to clarify what was said and what they agreed to but you'll need to contact them for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you do end up needing to contact Sky these are the current methods available.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted sky 6 weeks ago to try change my address for my broadband contract but in my new adresss, sky aren't available as a broadband provider, sky agreed to cancel my contract with no charge but I have now received a bill for an early termination charge,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to speak to someone at sky but finding it impossible, can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;calum&lt;/P&gt;</description>
