how to cancel your subscription

I am trying to cancel my broadband subscription that is out of contract and I can not believe quite how difficult / impossible it is to find how to do this or talk to a human about it - I tried the help bot and that is utterly useless!

Hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction for how to cancel

If you are moving to another ISP then you could use the one touch switching system which is explained in this link
https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/guides/one-touch-switch/

If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

As @caesarome indicates, 'cancellation' is typically unwise because that generates a gap in service before a replacement ISP can provision a new connection.

I have actually set up Starlink - given up with wired based internet - it is set up already so I can just cancel.
