    <description>My netflix was hacked months ago and I keep having to call and get the monthly charge credited as the person who has it keeps setting it to netflix premium, I have called sky and they put me on a group call with netflix who confirmed the netflix isnt linked to my email anymore but apparently there is no way sky can unlink the netflix so its a monthly occurrence and I'm getting sick of ringing and having to explain I am on the point of closing my sky account completely as this is ridiculous and I've tried emailing so I can have a chain of events and they just tell me to call. I also cant get put through to a manager.</description>

I also cant get put through to a manager.&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok if its on you Sky account I presume that is normal &amp;nbsp;Sky account though not linked to your email it must be linked to your Sky id. &amp;nbsp;and show on your products &amp;nbsp;can you &amp;nbsp;still access the Netflix app on your Sky box and watch Netflix ? If so &amp;nbsp;on the top left hand side of the screen there should be a little icon on you profile picture. If you click on it, it will give you a small menu. One of the items is "Get help" &amp;nbsp;click on that and will give you another menu on the left hand side of &amp;nbsp;the screen. The first item should be say "member" click on that if it not already on it. You will be presented with profile name and underneath the account email which is now liked to that. &amp;nbsp;Netflix account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
