&lt;P&gt;It can take quite a while to be automatically refund but if you can confirm that you have left&amp;nbsp;the payment details in place we can ask Sky's messaging team on here to contact you about this as they can help with this which should mean the credit is refunded by this time next&amp;nbsp;week at the latest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
