      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've paid my overdue balance set up a new Direct Debit and everything and it's says my services still aren't available why like I just paid the money, and to make it worse I checked my message via the sky app and apparently they're sending me a return parcel when I didn't want to and don't want to return it anyway someone help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How behind were you in arrears?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well the bill was due from &amp;nbsp;21st of February and I've only now been able to pay the £46 but they're making me return it and I don't want to becasue the tv is terrible, if that's the case I want the money for the bill I just paid back simple as that I'm not paying for something I have tos end back no thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If they are sending packaging out to return the equipment (puck I presume) it sounds like you were more than the 56 days in arrears so they are cancelling your subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
