&lt;P&gt;You need to wait for the confirmation that Sky has received the equipmennt into their netwiork before a Non&amp;nbsp; return fee can be refunded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you have only just returned the equipment then it might be that the charge was applied before you sent it off on Friday so when the MySky app shows it has been received and this can take 1-3 weeks after it has arrived and if you have the tracking number from the proof of posting receipt then if you post back here help can be arranged to get the charge refunded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
