&lt;P&gt;The account holder, your ex, will need to contact Sky and cancel the subscription (if not in a minimum term deal). Any loaned equipment will need to be returned. Only then can you take out a new subscription in your name.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Any what I getting at is this done like that. The expartner for all intention purposes tell she is &amp;nbsp;Sky moving which in fact he has done &amp;nbsp;and Adam tells Sky he is &amp;nbsp; moving in and wants to take over broadband. I then clearly state a new account must be created by the person staying in the property, completing the OTS the broadband which is active now in the OP name will be cancelled down and the new broadband in the correct name will be activated without experiencing any down time. It would swap from one to the other&lt;/P&gt;</description>
