You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

Your discounts have ended, not your contract.

New customers are offered good discounts as an incentive to join. Most companies do this now. You probably took advantage of such a new customer deal when you first joined Sky.

If you can't negotiate an acceptable price for renewing then perhaps consider a move to an alternative provider, but in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with them, and will be able to rejoin Sky if you wish and take up any new customer deals available at that time.

Comcast have laid their stall out and appear to prioritise getting new customers over retaining long standing ones. As other providers do this too it seems to be a common theme.

Hello,

I am currently a Sky broadband customer and my contract has just ended. I have noticed that new customers are being offered much better deals than existing customers.

I would like to ask if it is possible to get a new, more competitive offer on my current plan. If there is no suitable option available for existing customers, I will unfortunately have to consider switching to another provider.

Please let me know what you can offer.

Biljana maric

I have also seen that you are offering a good deal on the iPhone 17 Pro Max on a payment plan over 24 months, as well as a 12-month deal for €10 per month for a new mobile number. I would be interested in discussing these options as part of a combined offer if possible.
