In need to renew my sky contract I keep getting put through to another country and I don't understand what they say

Calls go through to the next available agent wherever they are based.

Your contract continues as normal should you not do anything but if a discount is ending you will see an increase in what you pay.

Although it says here it is for cancelling you can use this messaging service to get in contact with Sky:
