&lt;P&gt;Did you contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel Sky Stream because moving to Virgin (or any other company) does not see your TV account with Sky closed, as this only happens with Broadband and Talk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved to Virgin Media 6 months ago, and I returned all equipment in December 2025 (Tracking #: XXXXX). My account should have been closed, but I am still receiving bills. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How did you cancel Stream?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did Sky send you an email acknowledging the cancellation?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
