      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes has been continous payments for all the time of the full amount each month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only thing that has changed was last week I downgraded my phone service but that should not make a difference I would have thought.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
