Sky contribution to my BT cancellation charges

Can anyone twll be how I obtain the £200 contribution from Sky, which they promised when I cancelled my BT contract. My BT cancellation charges are over £500.

@malrees Once you have settled the bill with your previous provider first, This link explains how to apply for switch credit

Note switch credit is limited to a maximum of £300 (service = tv £100 and/or broadband £200)

the documents that need to be sent in pdf are a copy of your final bill clearly and separately identifying the termination charges and a copy of the statement showing it's been paid

Note you must apply within 90 days of your sky service activation date

And notice that Sky give you the amount as a credit to your Sky bill not actual money.
