The legal bit states "No cash alternative available".

I recently paid my old provider just over £200 only receieved £176 switching credit back, which ok, fair enough the offer says up to £200 however this has gone on to my sky account as credit and to top it off a direct debit has been taken instead of using the credit, i'd prefer to have this back to my bank account, can someone help with this as i'd rather just pay my bill each month as normal and have the lump sum back.

@LukeP86

The broadband bill was generated 14 days prior to the payment date therefore probably before the credit was applied to your Sky account. I agree with @MightyQuinn that it remains as a credit on your Sky account and part of it should be used towards next months bill.
