&lt;P&gt;If you haven't been a Sky customer for a number of years then you need to ignore that account and order the mobile&amp;nbsp;by setting up a new account during the process, if you want to use the same email address it will need removing from the old account first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can see that this is a common problem with Sky. &amp;nbsp;My account has been restricted but my balance is £0. &amp;nbsp;I haven't had any services from Sky for a couple of years and have never owed them money. &amp;nbsp;I was going to order a new mobile phone contract but this is probably not going to be possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know to deal with this please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
