Hi,

I've been charged twice, £20 and £15 for this past month when it shoud be £25, why is this, or is it a mistake?

As fellow customers we obviously can't see your bills. The online bill should show what the payments are for.

What dose your bill say for these amount as it should be fully itemised

If not why are you replying?

The bill is wrong, should be £25 not £35!

No, as my post mentions, I'm a customer just like you. This is a public Community forum where anyone can reply providing the posts are within the forum rules. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.
